Liquido D'Oro Dessert Wine - 2008 Sauvignon Blanc
This wine is crafted in Port style by stopping fermentation with the addition of brandy. The resulting dessert wine is brightly acidic, reminiscent of pears, peaches, and honey, and finished with a slight hint of oak to smooth out the finish. This is perfect to sip on its own, slightly chilled, or serve with pieces of White Chocolate Almond Bark and dried apricots.

Tawny Syrah - Port
This incredibly rich layered wine is made by topping each vintage with the last all the way back to 2002. The incredibly complex wine offers both a nuttiness from aging in wood, and fresh fruit from the current vintage. The result is tremendous! Pair this with earthy cheese or chocolate and it's a pleaser!

2010 Sauvignon Blanc
This Crisp Clean Sauv Blanc was partially barrel fermented to give just the hint of oak. There are sweet aromas of pear, melon, and honey coupled with bright acidity and a hint of smoke. Serve chilled with Spicy Crab Quesadillas or a Tangy Thai-Lime Chicken.

2010 Viognier
This classic Viognier is a delight to drink. Finished completely dry, aromas of peach blossoms,orange blossoms and plumeria are followed by a bright palate and a warm heat finish. Enjoy this wine with any seafood and especially with any Thai cuisine.

Sweet Suave Blanc - 2010 Sauvignon Blanc
This Lake County Sauvignon Blanc was finished with about 2%residual sugar. The sweet aromas of pear, melon, and honey couple with a tantalizing burst of citrus fruit on the finish! The balance between fruit, acid, and structure in this wine is incredible! Sweet enough for a dessert wine but balanced enough to enjoy with spicy savory main courses as well.

Rose of Nebbiolo - 2010 Nebbiolo
This is an incredible Rose. Exploding with fruit , and brimming with acidity, this wine is a pleaser from start to finish. Aromas of strawberries, raspberries, dried roses and hibiscus flowers are backed by distinct flavors of cranberry and passionfruit. This wine combines all of these and has a finish that goes and goes.
